my family and Eric took a nice little road trip to Boise, Idaho for WICKED!!!!
LOVED IT! Of course. If you haven't seen it, please go and learn how to defy gravity. It's a must.
Side note:
Eric is so incredible!
I fell asleep in the car (no surprise there)
and he held my head for me so it wouldn't bobble!
What boy is that amazing?
That's right- mine :)
If that weren't news enough, Eric and I were approved for our apartment! I know, all of you were so excited to see me design a house out of cardboard boxes, but alas, this is sooo much better! They are saving our spot until June, so don't worry, no sin-living here.
Then, on Sunday, it was Mother's Day! And you better believe I have the best mom out there!
see? ONE HOT MAMA! i love you mom! (yes she approved of this picture, no i did not ruin her mother's day by posting it)
And what just happened to come with mother's day? I got to talk to my bro! Elder Ames! (he tells people it is Am-es with 2 syllables. he's given up on correcting them.) He wants a cardboard cutout of himself with a video camera behind his eyes at the wedding so he can see what it would be like being there and all. pretty sure it won't happen, but if you see him, go and ahead and make some funny faces at him. he won't mind.
all i can say is that i am sure glad it was a good weekend because once i was back to work, someone threw poo at my car from the overpass.
"people are so messed up" -pure wisdom from my sister lindsey.
come faster weekend!!!!
