the other day i got out of my car to walk through the parking garage to work. it was then that i heard the most magical sound.
whistling.
a man was whistling while cleaning the parking garage. and let me tell you, it was the most amazing whistling i have ever heard! phantom of the opera with vibrato and all the high notes and everything.
then when i walked up the stairs, another worker was whistling! although i couldn't pick out the tune this time, he just looked so happy.
can i just say that whistling might be one of the happiest sounds out there?
It's true! The one worker must have heard the other one... it's contagious just like smiles.
ReplyDeleteI can respect that. It is a great sound. People don't whistle when they are upset, only when they are happy.
